After being seen by a doctor to understand the problem, a person then works with a Dietitian to look at ways to treat whatever issue that person has through food intake. A Dietitian can tell a person what exactly to eat and how much, a Nutrition Coach can’t. A Nutrition Coach can help build good nutritional habits for an end goal.
